John has been practicing martial arts for 14 years. John has also been a Software Engineer for the past 22 years and is currently Tech Lead at www.SBTV.com. By having martial arts and computer experience, John was the perfect choice to manage the St. Louis Self Defense and Fitness web site. John manages the site and maintains all of it's functionality.

Joel brings a creativity to the site that is unmatched by any other martial arts site in the St. Louis area. This was demonstrated in his design of the main logo for another St. Louis martial arts group. Joel is also Managing Partner of St. Louis Self Defense and Fitness. Tim has been critical in assisting with the redesign of the website and the school. He brings over 10 years of experience with image design, photography and color. His most recent accomplishment was the design of the new company logo and color scheme for St. Louis Self Defense & Fitness.

Her job as Director of Customer Support at a local medical software firm requires that she pay close attention to details when supporting her clients. Cindy's job is to get the word out on St. Louis Self Defense & Fitness. She is a Marketing Communications Specialist for an area firm, where she is in charge of the corporate website as well as the firm's image and overall communications. Cindy has a love for martial arts that has grown over the past 5 years through her involvement in kickboxing, self defense, and now Commando Krav Maga. As a single parent, she understands the importance of safety, and the ability to defend not only herself, but her 9 year-old daughter as well. Cindy believes strongly in the advantages and benefits of Commando Krav Maga, and spreads the word every chance she gets.
